Research Interests
I am a member of the Advanced Computing Systems Group. Our work focuses on reliable and high performance computing. My personal interest is in compiler-microarchitecture interaction
and optimization.

Professional Biography
Francesco Spadini is a research assistant in Electrical and Computer
Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His
research interests include processor microarchitcture, computer
architecture, compiler systems, and high performance and reliable computer
systems. He has done processor modeling and design at both Advanced Micro
Devices and the Intel Corporation. He received his B.S. in Computer
Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2001.
